The Community Activities Team (CAT) was established by the Town Council of the Town of Granby to promote community engagement and bring residents together through town-sponsored events and initiatives.

CAT is a volunteer-based team that works under the guidance and support of the Town Council. Its purpose is to plan, organize, and promote inclusive activities that enhance Granby’s social, cultural, and community life.

At this time, the Community Activities Team is focused on organizing Balloons Under the Moon, a signature community event that brings residents together for a shared, family-friendly experience. As the team continues to grow, CAT will expand its efforts to include additional events, programs, and initiatives that encourage participation and foster community pride.
